9/20 11:11am: Final repairs have been made, and the last 6 modems are back online.

Update 4:09pm: Commercial power has been restored and PGE is working on some site clean up. The majority of modems appear to be back online. BCT techs are working on a remaining outage in Spangler East Node.

Update 11:02am: Update: PGE updated their outage map. Customers without power is reduced to 1174 homes. They have an updated restore time of 2:15pm. BCT techs have placed generators at several of our equipment locations as a temporary solution and are looking at other potential solutions.

Update 9:28am: The commercial power outage appears to be related to a burnt up PGE capacitor bank near Beavercreek and Larkin Rd intersection. PGE has the road blocked and is working on it. Initial estimated restoration is not available at this point.

There is a large power outage in the BCT serving area. PGE's website shows this outage is affecting 1629 customers. This will affect BCT Internet service if your modem is not receiving power. We will provide further updates as we get more information.
